We lost an icon in the gospel music world recently. Walter Hawkins along with the Hawkins family had such an impact with their songs and certainly used the spiritual gifts to uplift and glorify the kingdom of God. He will be greatly missed. My prayers and condolences go out to the Hawkins family.
