For The Men
Alright fellas, this one is for you!
Lakeia Shaneen – The Breakthrough
Songstress Lakeia Shaneen understands what it means to be faithful to God, and after conversing with her, it’s evident that her devotion to Him is out of her love for Him. From losing her father, to losing her close friend, Lakeia Shaneen was able to breakthrough it all and remain steadfast in spite of.
I DON’T FIT IN
I Don’t Fit In — This phrase has become common to a full-out, on-fire-for-Christ, picking-up-their-cross-and-leaving-the-rest-behind-believer, like myself!
What’s In A Fast?
I often wondered what’s in a fast. Starve myself and feel uncomfortable all for what? This act called fasting must be in The Ten Commandments, The Beatitudes perhaps, or even be a part of the Lords prayer; surprisingly, none of the aforementioned comment on fasting in any form.
Confidence in a Confident God
Do we accept as truth the words spoken by King David in Psalm 139:14, that I am “fearfully and wonderfully made”? Or have these words become another meaningless cliché?
Pass Me Not
Perhaps God has forgotten I exist. Sure I want to be successful, but the truth is I’m feeling sad and like a failure. Everybody else is getting his or her blessing, but mine? It keeps passing me by. Will my time ever come?
Sharing Your Faith
On numerous occasions I’ve had encounters with someone who at a point and time desired to understand and learn more about Christianity, but decided that maybe, just maybe this religion (for lack of a better word) and the pursuit of a relationship with Jesus Christ was not worth following;
New Year, New (Spiritual) You!
Well that was quick! It seems like just yesterday the world was preparing for”Y2K” and here we are at the start of a new decade. Typically, most of us are planning our new year and reflecting on the last.
16 Ways to Have Fun As a Christian
It’s a Friday night, and you remember the days when you used to party like its 1999. Realizing that those days are now over because you’re saved and no longer partake in certain practices, you wonder what to do? Does life automatically become boring when you become a Christian? Of course not! There are many alternatives to enjoy yourself where you’re not compromising your faith or placing yourself in the position to do so. Need help? Here are some ideas below:
The Dangers of Compromise
Jesus described the path of sin as “wide” and appealing to many who enter it (Matthew 7:13). Have you ever wondered how a drug addict came to make the choice to become one? Have you ever questioned why a Christian brother or sister would begin an extramarital affair?
Experience True Joy
There’s a myriad of reasons why people are happy, and a plethora of reasons why people are sad. I’ve come to the conclusion that being happy is predicated on the things that one has, and sadness comes from the lack there of.
Wonderfully Made
What’s your earliest childhood memory? The earliest memory I have is when as a toddler between the ages of three and four years old, in a yellow and white dress with white ankle socks and black shoes with straps, there I was, in the center of the room, smiling and looking around, as all eyes were fixed on me.

You Never Know that God is All You Need, Until You Turn Around and He’s all You’ve Got
Boy, don’t I understand those words all too well. It’s been quite a year for me.
As an independent business owner, artist, and more, those words reside deep.

Church: What’s in it for me???
“How good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity.” (Psalm 133:1)
As part of our Christian walk with Jesus he requires that we his children, his followers, his believers, participate in regular worship. In doing so we are to be more than simply spectators but full participants in worship.
