Success is rarely synonymous with religion. Especially that of christianity. But know this truth that God wants you to be successful. There is an innate desire in all of us to accomplish and win at everything we do. That desire was placed in us by God. Not one to leave us hanging, He told us how. I have found the formula to success. If you believe everything that is written in the good book, then you will agree with this truth from it: Mediating on His word day and night:
“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” (Joshua 1:8)
Need more proof? Psalms 1:2-3 reiterates:
“But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law he meditates day and night…. and whatsoever he does shall prosper.”
Did you catch that? What-so-ever he does shall prosper. Anything you do will flourish, IF, you meditate on His word constantly.
The word meditate shows up a number of times in the bible and it’s usually in the context of reading God’s word, which then relates to being successful. To meditate means “to think deeply or carefully upon.” In order to think deeply on the Word, you have to read it. When you read it, you get information, life lessons, and wisdom, and can then observe to do everything that it says. But there is more. It’s not enough to have success, you want good success. If good success exists, then there is a bad type of success also. The kind where you have all the money in the world but feel absolutely empty. You have no joy to speak of or inner peace. You’re troubled and don’t know why. We’ve all heard of these instances, and that is why the word makes a clear distinction to good success (refer back to Joshua 1:8, the last line). How much better would success be if you were sincerely happy in it?
As the old saying goes, the proof is in the pudding. This is the 100% guarantee without the money back because you won’t need it back, this works! If you haven’t already started your journey to good success, start today. The Word awaits you.
