A Little Too TransparentPreachers Wives, Preachers Daughters, Preachers of LA. How did we get here, and when will it end? In case you aren’t familiar with any of these, they are all reality television shows that highlight Christians in high ministry positions,  in all their humanness, flaws and all.

I get it. No one is perfect and EVERYONE falls short. But where do we draw the line? Not everything needs to be on display for scrutiny of public opinion, especially those who don’t know God personally. Furthermore, the gospel is not a show, nor does it exist to garner ratings. From what I see, these shows hurt more than help the Christian community and we are appearing to be a joke.

In a world where almost nothing is taken seriously it’s sad that the church, once a safe haven, has fallen victim to the very same things.
