Preachers Wives, Preachers Daughters, Preachers of LA. How did we get here, and when will it end? In case you aren’t familiar with any of these, they are all reality television shows that highlight Christians in high ministry positions, in all their humanness, flaws and all.
I get it. No one is perfect and EVERYONE falls short. But where do we draw the line? Not everything needs to be on display for scrutiny of public opinion, especially those who don’t know God personally. Furthermore, the gospel is not a show, nor does it exist to garner ratings. From what I see, these shows hurt more than help the Christian community and we are appearing to be a joke.
In a world where almost nothing is taken seriously it’s sad that the church, once a safe haven, has fallen victim to the very same things.

I agree with this article. These show are not for everyone especially for people who do not know God personally. Its a mockery of the christain faith when people are watching these show’s just for entertainment and not understanding the dinamics and powers of this world verses God. I watched the Preachers of LA once and liked the show but again there is a understanding that one must possess when watching theses shows that only comes from being enlightened.
